- 2 large eggs (or egg substitute)
- 10 tablespoons all-purpose flour (approx. 85g / 3 oz)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Nutella and eggs until completely smooth.
- Add flour and mix until just combined. The batter will be thick.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes. A toothpick inserted should come out with moist crumbs—not wet batter.
- Let brownies cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For gooier brownies, bake closer to 18 minutes and let them finish setting in the pan.
Do not overmix once the flour is added.
A pinch of salt can balance the sweetness nicely.
