Crispy air fryer broccoli with garlic and olive oil—ready in 10 minutes! A fast, healthy veggie side for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli (cut into bite-sized florets)
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep the broccoli: Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli. Cut into evenly sized florets.
  2. Season: In a bowl, toss the broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer: Set air fryer to 375°F and let it preheat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Air fry: Add the broccoli in a single layer. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until browned and crispy at the edges.
  5. Serve: Remove and serve hot. Optional: sprinkle with parmesan, lemon juice, or chili flakes.

Notes

Dry broccoli thoroughly to avoid steaming instead of roasting.

Cut florets to a uniform size so they cook evenly.

For extra crispiness, cook for 1–2 minutes longer.
