Crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, these air fryer cheeseburger wraps are a quick and fun twist on classic burgers. Perfect for weeknight dinners!
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Cooking spray or melted butter (for brushing)
- Optional toppings: pickles, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Lay out tortillas and spoon beef mixture evenly in the center of each one. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly like a burrito with the seam side down.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes. Lightly spray or brush the wraps with cooking oil or melted butter.
- Place wraps in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove carefully, let cool for 1–2 minutes, slice in half if desired, and serve with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sautéed onions or a slice of pickle inside before rolling. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated in the air fryer for 3 minutes to re-crisp.
