Description

Crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, these air fryer cheeseburger wraps are a quick and fun twist on classic burgers. Perfect for weeknight dinners!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Cooking spray or melted butter (for brushing)

  • Optional toppings: pickles, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat.

  2. Lay out tortillas and spoon beef mixture evenly in the center of each one. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.

  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly like a burrito with the seam side down.

  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes. Lightly spray or brush the wraps with cooking oil or melted butter.

  5. Place wraps in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.

  6. Remove carefully, let cool for 1–2 minutes, slice in half if desired, and serve with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sautéed onions or a slice of pickle inside before rolling. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated in the air fryer for 3 minutes to re-crisp.
