  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 slices hickory-smoked thick-cut bacon
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 2 limes, halved

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
