Description

Creamy Bacon Cheeseburger Dip loaded with beef, bacon, cheese, and ranch—perfect for parties, game day, and easy entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked, chopped bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp hamburger seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 (16-oz) container sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add seasonings. Stir in hamburger seasoning, Worcestershire, and ranch dressing mix.
  3. Combine base ingredients. Lower the heat and add cream cheese, stirring until fully melted into the beef.
  4. Add remaining ingredients. Mix in sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, Rotel, and cooked bacon.
  5. Heat thoroughly. Cook until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm. Pair with chips, crackers, pretzels, vegetables, or bread for dipping.

Notes

Freshly shredded cheddar melts better than pre-shredded cheese.

You can prepare the dip in a slow cooker for easy serving.

Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra heat.
