A cheesy, hearty casserole that combines the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger with the comfort of ramen noodles. Perfect for family dinners.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 strips bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 packs ramen noodles, seasoning discarded
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and chop into small pieces.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant. Drain excess fat.
- Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles in boiling water until just underdone. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine beef mixture, chopped bacon, noodles, and 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave. This dish can also be made ahead and baked just before serving.
