Description

These Bacon Ranch Chicken Wraps are a quick and flavorful meal with juicy chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels and crumble into pieces. 
  2. In the same skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. 
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and toss with garlic until warmed through. 
  4. Lay a tortilla flat, spread ranch dressing in the center, and layer with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, bacon, and cheese. 
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, roll tightly from the bottom, and slice in half to serve.

Notes

For a lighter version, use whole wheat tortillas, turkey bacon, and light ranch dressing. Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days if wrapped tightly.
