Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the wet mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Mix the dry coating: In another shallow dish, combine Italian breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. Coat the fish: Dip each tilapia fillet first into the egg mixture, then press it firmly into the breadcrumb mixture to ensure full coverage.
