Description

  • 1 cup spicy barbeque sauce
  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • Spread the spicy barbeque sauce evenly over the pre-baked pizza crust.
  • Distribute the cubed chicken evenly over the sauce.
  • Add the sliced pepperoncini peppers and chopped red onion on top.
  • Sprinkle the shredded Colby-Jack cheese over the toppings.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Adjust the spice level by choosing milder or hotter barbeque sauce according to your preference.
