Description

This BBQ Ranch Chicken Bake is a cheesy, comforting casserole made with tender chicken, smoky BBQ sauce, and zesty ranch seasoning. Perfect for family dinners or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • Nonstick cooking spray or butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with barbecue sauce and ranch seasoning until evenly coated.

  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top in an even layer.

  5. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake 10–15 minutes more until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving for easier scooping.

Notes

 For added flavor, mix in black beans, corn, or diced bell peppers before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
