Instructions

  • Season the cube steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Dredge each steak in flour, shaking off excess.

  • Stir in beef bouillon granules until dissolved.
  • Return steaks to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until tender.
  • Serve hot, with gravy spooned over the steaks.

Notes

For a thicker gravy, mix a tablespoon of flour with a bit of water and stir into the skillet. Also, adjust the seasoning as needed.
