A deliciously sticky, sweet, and gooey cinnamon monkey bread recipe made with refrigerated biscuit dough, cinnamon, and brown sugar, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups white sugar
  • 8 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 12 (12 ounce) packages refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 2 cups raisins (optional)
  • 2 cups butter or margarine
  • 4 cups packed brown sugar

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar together over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Pour this mixture over the layered dough in the bundt pan.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let the monkey bread cool for a few minutes before flipping it onto a plate.
