Description
These Big Mac Wraps deliver all the flavors of a classic burger in a convenient, handheld tortilla—juicy beef, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, and signature sauce.
Ingredients
-
1 pound ground beef (80/20)
-
Salt and pepper, to taste
-
4 large flour tortillas
-
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
-
½ cup sliced pickles
-
¼ cup diced onions
-
4 slices American cheese
-
½ cup mayonnaise
-
2 tablespoons ketchup
-
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
-
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
-
½ teaspoon onion powder
-
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
-
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder to make the Big Mac sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.
-
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
-
While beef cooks, shred lettuce and slice pickles and onions. Keep vegetables fresh and crisp.
-
Lay out tortillas and spread 1–2 tablespoons of sauce in the center of each. Layer with shredded lettuce, cooked beef, pickles, onions, and a slice of cheese.
-
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
-
Optional: Warm wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side to melt the cheese. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a low-carb version, use lettuce wraps or low-carb tortillas. Assemble just before eating to avoid soggy tortillas. Pair with fries or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
