Description

These Big Mac Wraps deliver all the flavors of a classic burger in a convenient, handheld tortilla—juicy beef, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, and signature sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

  • ½ cup sliced pickles

  • ¼ cup diced onions

  • 4 slices American cheese

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder to make the Big Mac sauce. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat.

  3. While beef cooks, shred lettuce and slice pickles and onions. Keep vegetables fresh and crisp.

  4. Lay out tortillas and spread 1–2 tablespoons of sauce in the center of each. Layer with shredded lettuce, cooked beef, pickles, onions, and a slice of cheese.

  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom. Secure with a toothpick if needed.

  6. Optional: Warm wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side to melt the cheese. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a low-carb version, use lettuce wraps or low-carb tortillas. Assemble just before eating to avoid soggy tortillas. Pair with fries or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
