Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas (8–10 inch)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (or thawed frozen, drained)
- 1–2 teaspoons sugar or honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon butter or cooking spray (for pan)

- Spread softened cream cheese evenly over half of each tortilla, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle blueberries over the cream cheese and add sugar or honey if desired.
- Fold each tortilla in half, pressing gently to seal.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or spray.
- Cook quesadillas for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Let rest for 1–2 minutes, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
Notes
 Serve with a drizzle of honey, powdered sugar, or Greek yogurt on the side. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 2 days and reheat in a skillet.
