Description

 Soft and chewy 3-ingredient banana oat breakfast cookies with chocolate chips. A healthy, grab-and-go snack or morning treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.

  3. Stir in oats until well combined, then fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.

  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until set and lightly golden. Let cool before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for a week. Freeze for longer storage.
