Description

Savory breakfast sausages wrapped in golden crescent rolls and served with fluffy scrambled eggs. A fun, family-friendly morning favorite.


Ingredients

  • 12 breakfast sausage links (pork, chicken, or turkey)

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)

  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cook sausages in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Let cool slightly.

  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place one sausage on the wide end of each triangle and roll up.

  4. Arrange wrapped sausages on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.

  5. While baking, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a buttered skillet over medium heat, stirring until fluffy.

  6. Serve pigs in a blanket warm with scrambled eggs on the side.

Notes

 For extra flavor, brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning before baking. Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated in the oven for a crisp texture.
