Description

Succulent lobster tails broiled to perfection and smothered in a luscious creamy garlic butter sauce. Elegant, rich, and perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails, thawed if frozen

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler and position the oven rack about 5–6 inches below the heat source.

  2. Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting the top of the shell lengthwise and gently pulling the meat upward to rest on the shell.

  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sautΓ© for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice, then simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with the sauce. Broil for 8–10 minutes, basting once midway through, until meat is opaque.

  6. Serve immediately with extra sauce drizzled on top and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat gently in a skillet with butter. Pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a crisp white wine.
