Ingredients

3 cups shredded chicken

¾ cup buffalo sauce

7 tbsp butter, divided

1 package Hawaiian rolls

½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

¼ cup blue cheese crumbles

2.5 tbsp ranch seasoning (from a ranch dressing seasoning packet)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment.

In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken and ½ cup buffalo sauce until the chicken is evenly coated. If you like it spicier, feel free to add more buffalo sauce.

Slice the Hawaiian roll package in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.

Melt 3½ tbsp of butter and brush it evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.

Spread the buffalo‑coated chicken evenly over the buttered bottom rolls.

Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and blue cheese evenly across the chicken.

In a small bowl, mix the remaining buffalo sauce with the remaining melted butter (3½ tbsp). Drizzle this buttery buffalo mixture over the cheese layer for added richness.

Take the top half of the rolls and brush the inside with any remaining butter, then place them on top of the cheese layer.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 15 minutes—or until the slider tops are warm and the cheese is melted.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3–5 minutes, or until the tops are golden and slightly crisp.

Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the baked top of the sliders. Let cool for a minute, then carefully pull apart the sliders and serve immediately.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and added flavor.
Adjust buffalo sauce level depending on your heat preference.
To melt cheese evenly, ensure your chicken layer isn’t overly thick.
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 1–2 minutes (watch carefully).
