  • 1 ½ cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 large burrito-size tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite cheese)
  • ⅛ cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Buffalo chicken filling.
    In a medium bowl, toss the shredded cooked chicken with the Buffalo sauce until all pieces are thoroughly coated. Use more or less sauce depending on your heat preference.
  2. Lay out the tortillas.
    Place the large tortillas flat on a clean, dry surface or cutting board. Warm tortillas in a microwave for 15 seconds or on a skillet over low heat for 30 seconds to make them more pliable.
  3. Assemble the wraps.
    Evenly distribute the Buffalo chicken mixture in a line down the center of each tortilla. Then, layer shredded lettuce and shredded carrots on top, adding freshness and crunch.
  4. Add cheese and ranch dressing.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the veggies and drizzle ranch dressing over the entire filling to add creaminess and balance the spiciness of the Buffalo sauce.
  5. Roll the wraps.
    Fold the sides of each tortilla inward over the filling, then roll from the bottom up tightly to form a secure wrap. Use a toothpick if needed to hold it in place.
  6. Serve immediately or store.
    Serve the wraps whole or cut them in half on a diagonal. If you want to store them, wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Notes

Warming tortillas before rolling prevents cracking and makes wrapping easier.

For an extra flavor boost, add sliced avocado, chopped celery, or diced tomatoes inside the wrap.

Substitute ranch dressing with blue cheese dressing for a classic Buffalo wing vibe.

Use grilled chicken breasts or rotisserie chicken for convenient shredding.

For a crispier exterior, lightly toast the wrapped tortillas in a skillet before serving.
