- 7 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Place the Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently fold until fully coated.
- Transfer the coated cereal to a large zip-top bag. Add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until the cereal is evenly coated.
- Add crushed Butterfinger pieces to the mix and stir gently to distribute.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then serve or store in an airtight container.
