Description

This creamy Caesar chicken with asparagus is an easy one-pan dinner that’s flavorful, healthy, and ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into halves or thirds

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown, then set aside.

  3. Reduce heat slightly and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Stir in Caesar dressing, heavy cream, and Parmesan. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

  5. Add asparagus to the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.

  6. Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for 5 minutes until fully cooked.

  7. Garnish with extra Parmesan and serve immediately with rice, pasta, or bread.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated gently with a splash of broth or cream. For a lighter version, swap cream for Greek yogurt.
