Description

A rich, buttery sauce infused with garlic and bold Cajun spices. Perfect for seafood, pasta, vegetables, or as a dipping sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat until smooth.

  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring often, until fragrant but not browned.

  3. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and cook for 30–60 seconds to bloom the spices.

  4. Add lemon juice and parsley, then taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

  5. Serve warm over seafood, pasta, or vegetables.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or microwave before serving.
