Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat until smooth.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring often, until fragrant but not browned.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning and cook for 30–60 seconds to bloom the spices.
- Add lemon juice and parsley, then taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve warm over seafood, pasta, or vegetables.
Notes
