Description

These soft, chewy cookies are made with just four ingredients—yellow cake mix, peanut butter, oil, and eggs. Quick, easy, and full of flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, oil, and eggs until smooth.

  3. Add the cake mix and stir until a thick dough forms with no dry spots.

  4. Scoop dough into balls, place on baking sheet, and press with a fork to make crisscross marks.

  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden but centers are soft.

  6. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Add chocolate chips or a drizzle of melted chocolate for extra indulgence.
