Description

Creamy cheesecake layered with spiced apples, buttery crust, and streusel topping, finished with caramel drizzle. A perfect fall dessert for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then press firmly into the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Spread mixture evenly over cooled crust.

  4. Toss apple slices with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then layer over the cheesecake filling.

  5. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples.

  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes, until cheesecake is set and topping is golden.

  7. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing. Drizzle with caramel before serving.

Notes

Chill completely before cutting for neat slices. Best served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store refrigerated for up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
