Description
Creamy cheesecake layered with spiced apples, buttery crust, and streusel topping, finished with caramel drizzle. A perfect fall dessert for gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then press firmly into the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Spread mixture evenly over cooled crust.
- Toss apple slices with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then layer over the cheesecake filling.
- Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, until cheesecake is set and topping is golden.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing. Drizzle with caramel before serving.
Notes
Chill completely before cutting for neat slices. Best served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store refrigerated for up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
