Description
Sweet and spicy fall-inspired shots made with Fireball cinnamon whisky, apple cider, and caramel Jell-O. Perfect for parties or cozy nights in.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Fireball cinnamon whisky
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1 box (3 oz) caramel Jell-O (or butterscotch if unavailable)
- 1 cup boiling water
- Optional: apple slices, cinnamon sugar, or caramel drizzle for garnish
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water and pour it over the caramel Jell-O in a mixing bowl. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add 1/2 cup Fireball cinnamon whisky and 1/2 cup apple cider, stirring gently to combine.
- Pour the mixture into shot glasses or small cups, leaving a little space at the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
- Garnish with apple slices, cinnamon sugar, or a caramel drizzle if desired.
- Serve chilled and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, substitute whisky with apple juice or cinnamon syrup. Store in the fridge for up to 2–3 days. Avoid freezing.
