- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions if using.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to firm up.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled on a platter.
Notes
For best results, make these ahead and slice just before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Not recommended for freezing.
