Description

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth.

  2. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions if using.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

  4. Roll up each tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap.

  5. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to firm up.

  6. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve chilled on a platter.

Notes

For best results, make these ahead and slice just before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Not recommended for freezing.
