Description

These strawberries are filled with a creamy cheesecake-flavored filling, turning a classic dessert into easy-to-eat finger food. Perfect for parties, birthdays, potlucks, 4th of July, and more — a showstopper on any table as a dessert or appetizer!

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp heavy cream or sour cream (for extra creaminess)

For the Strawberries:

  • 1 lb large strawberries (hulled and hollowed)

  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs (or crushed Biscoff cookies)

Optional Toppings:

  • Melted chocolate drizzle

  • Chopped nuts

  • Sprinkles


Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Strawberries

  • Rinse and dry the strawberries thoroughly.

  • Cut off the tops and use a small spoon or melon baller to hollow out the centers.

2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling

  • Beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream (or sour cream) until smooth and creamy.

  • Transfer the filling to a piping bag or a ziplock bag with a small corner snipped off.

3️⃣ Fill & Decorate

  • Pipe the cheesecake filling into each hollowed strawberry.

  • Dip the tops into the graham cracker crumbs to coat.

  • Optionally, drizzle with melted chocolate or sprinkle chopped nuts or colorful sprinkles on top.

4️⃣ Chill and Serve

  • Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (if you can wait!) before serving.
