These strawberries are filled with a creamy cheesecake-flavored filling, turning a classic dessert into easy-to-eat finger food. Perfect for parties, birthdays, potlucks, 4th of July, and more — a showstopper on any table as a dessert or appetizer!
Ingredients
For the Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup powdered sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp heavy cream or sour cream (for extra creaminess)
For the Strawberries:

1 lb large strawberries (hulled and hollowed)

½ cup graham cracker crumbs (or crushed Biscoff cookies)

Melted chocolate drizzle

Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Strawberries

Rinse and dry the strawberries thoroughly.

Cut off the tops and use a small spoon or melon baller to hollow out the centers.
2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling

Beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream (or sour cream) until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the filling to a piping bag or a ziplock bag with a small corner snipped off.
3️⃣ Fill & Decorate

Pipe the cheesecake filling into each hollowed strawberry.

Dip the tops into the graham cracker crumbs to coat.

Optionally, drizzle with melted chocolate or sprinkle chopped nuts or colorful sprinkles on top.
4️⃣ Chill and Serve

Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (if you can wait!) before serving.
