Instructions
- Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with chopped onion and garlic until browned. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the grated potatoes with the beef mixture and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the patties until golden and crispy on both sides.
Notes
