Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or homemade)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (or sour cream for tang)

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp minced garlic (for brushing)

  • Optional: baby spinach, lettuce, or sliced tomato


Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayo, and parsley.

  • Spoon the cheesy chicken filling into each tortilla. Add optional greens if desired.

  • Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly into wraps.

  • Brush wraps with garlic butter using a pastry brush.

  • Toast seam-side down in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.

  • Slice each wrap diagonally and serve hot with ranch, garlic aioli, or marinara sauce.
