  • Author: Sarah White
  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 skewers (serves 2–4)

Description

Juicy chicken cubes stuffed with gooey cheese and garlic, grilled to perfection for a fun and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch cubes

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup softened cream cheese

  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into 2-inch cubes and pat dry. Toss with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

  2. In a small bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese until smooth.

  3. Create a small cavity in each chicken cube and stuff with the cheese mixture, sealing the edges.

  4. Thread stuffed chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving small gaps for even cooking.

  5. Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 400°F (200°C).

  6. Cook skewers for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken reaches 165°F and cheese is melted.

  7. Let skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Seal cheese completely to prevent leaks; soak wooden skewers before grilling; serve with salad, roasted veggies, or dipping sauces; store cooked skewers in airtight container in fridge for up to 3 days.
