Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup softened cream cheese
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into 2-inch cubes and pat dry. Toss with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese until smooth.
- Create a small cavity in each chicken cube and stuff with the cheese mixture, sealing the edges.
- Thread stuffed chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving small gaps for even cooking.
- Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook skewers for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken reaches 165°F and cheese is melted.
- Let skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Seal cheese completely to prevent leaks; soak wooden skewers before grilling; serve with salad, roasted veggies, or dipping sauces; store cooked skewers in airtight container in fridge for up to 3 days.
