Cheesy Ranch Baked Chicken Tenders

Description

Juicy chicken tenders baked with a creamy ranch and cheddar cheese coating. A family-friendly dish that’s perfect for dinner or entertaining.


Ingredients

  • lbs chicken tenders
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a casserole dish. 
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and ¾ cup cheddar until smooth. 
  3. Place chicken tenders in the prepared dish and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tender. 
  4. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top of the coated chicken tenders. 
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and cheese is golden and bubbly. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with ranch dressing, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce for dipping. Leftovers keep in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat best in the oven or air fryer.
