- 1½ lbs chicken tenders
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a casserole dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and ¾ cup cheddar until smooth.
- Place chicken tenders in the prepared dish and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tender.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top of the coated chicken tenders.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and cheese is golden and bubbly. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with ranch dressing, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce for dipping. Leftovers keep in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat best in the oven or air fryer.
