Description

Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with ranch-seasoned cream cheese and gooey mozzarella, baked until golden and irresistible. Perfect for family dinners or entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Toothpicks, for securing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken dry and cut a pocket into each breast without cutting all the way through.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and 1 cup mozzarella until smooth.
  3. Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture, then sprinkle the outside with paprika, salt, and pepper. Secure with toothpicks.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet and sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
  5. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top during the last 5 minutes of baking for an extra cheesy finish. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, mix chopped spinach or sun-dried tomatoes into the filling. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
