Creamy, oven-baked Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke Dip with mozzarella and Parmesan—perfect for parties and sharing.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C / 375°F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the chopped artichoke hearts and mix until evenly distributed.
  5. Squeeze as much liquid as possible from the spinach, then fold it into the mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously over the top.
  8. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
  9. Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Fully draining the spinach is essential to prevent a watery dip.

Use freshly grated Parmesan for better melting and flavor.
