- 2 grilled chicken strips, chopped
- 2 soft flour tortillas (8-inch)
- 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon butter or cooking spray (for skillet)
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble into small pieces. Chop grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Lay one tortilla flat and sprinkle half the cheese over one side. Add chicken, bacon, and a drizzle of ranch. Top with remaining cheese and fold in half.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the folded tortilla for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the pan, let rest 1 minute, then slice into wedges. Serve warm with extra ranch or salsa.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be refrigerated up to 3 days and reheated in a skillet. Add veggies like peppers or onions for extra flavor.
