  • 4 (32 oz) packages frozen potato tots (Ore-Ida® Crispy Tater Tots)
  • 4 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup (Campbell’s®)
  • 4 cups sour cream
  • 2 ⅔ cups ranch dressing
  • 4 (1 oz) envelopes ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 20 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 5 cups cooked and crumbled bacon (divided)
  • Sliced scallions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch dressing, ranch mix, pepper, and garlic in a bowl.
  • Spread shredded chicken in the prepared dish. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle half of the bacon over the chicken layer.
  • Layer the frozen tater tots evenly across the dish.
  • Top with shredded cheese and remaining bacon.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Garnish with sliced scallions before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the casserole for 2-3 minutes after baking.
