- 4 (32 oz) packages frozen potato tots (Ore-Ida® Crispy Tater Tots)
- 4 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup (Campbell’s®)
- 4 cups sour cream
- 2 ⅔ cups ranch dressing
- 4 (1 oz) envelopes ranch dressing mix
- 2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 2 tsp granulated garlic
- 20 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 5 cups cooked and crumbled bacon (divided)
- Sliced scallions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch dressing, ranch mix, pepper, and garlic in a bowl.
- Spread shredded chicken in the prepared dish. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle half of the bacon over the chicken layer.
- Layer the frozen tater tots evenly across the dish.
- Top with shredded cheese and remaining bacon.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with sliced scallions before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the casserole for 2-3 minutes after baking.
