Description

Delicious Chocolate Caramel Apple Pops combine tart apples with sweet chocolate and caramel — a perfect fall treat for all ages.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 green Granny Smith apples
  • Wooden sticks
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Caramel apple sauce
  • Fall sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Apples
Wash and dry the Granny Smith apples. Core and slice each apple into 6–8 evenly sized wedges.
  2. Insert the Sticks
Carefully insert wooden sticks into the base of each apple slice, creating easy-to-hold pops.
  3. Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
  4. Dip the Apples
Dip each apple slice first into the caramel apple sauce, coating it evenly. Then immediately dip it into the melted chocolate, covering about two-thirds of the apple.
  5. Add Sprinkles
Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle with fall-themed sprinkles to add a festive touch.
  6. Set the Pops
Place the dipped apple pops on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
  7. Serve
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

Use firm apples for crispness.

Coconut oil helps the chocolate melt smoothly and gives it a glossy finish.

Work quickly when dipping and adding sprinkles, as the chocolate sets fast.

For extra flair, drizzle white chocolate over the pops after setting.
