Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters

Description

Try Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters—a healthy, no-bake dessert made with fresh berries, Greek yogurt, and melted chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups chopped fresh strawberries

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prep a Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. Make sure it fits in your freezer.
  2. Mix the Yogurt Base
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
  3. Add the Strawberries
Gently fold in the chopped strawberries until fully coated in the yogurt mixture.
  4. Scoop into Clusters
Drop spoonfuls of the yogurt-strawberry mixture onto the prepared tray, forming small mounds or clusters.
  5. Freeze Until Solid
Place the tray in the freezer for at least 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the clusters are completely frozen solid.
  6. Make the Chocolate Coating
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.
  7. Dip or Drizzle Clusters
Once frozen, dip each cluster halfway into the melted chocolate or drizzle the chocolate over the top. Return to the tray.
  8. Freeze Again to Set
Freeze the chocolate-coated clusters for another 15–20 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
  9. Serve or Store
Enjoy immediately or transfer to an airtight container and keep frozen until ready to eat.

Notes

Use firm, ripe strawberries for best texture. Too juicy, and the clusters may get icy.

Don’t skip the coconut oil—it helps the chocolate melt smoothly and harden into a perfect shell.

For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt and dairy-free chocolate chips.

The clusters melt quickly at room temp—serve straight from the freezer.

Add toppings like crushed almonds, shredded coconut, or a pinch of sea salt for extra flair.
