These fun Christmas Tree Brownies are rich, fudgy, and decorated festively for holidays with icing, sprinkles, and chocolate sticks.

Brownies:
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- ⅔ cup unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Decoration:
- 8 chocolate biscuit sticks (such as Pocky)
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 3 teaspoons water, as needed

Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. - Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a heat-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate and butter together using a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth. - Whisk Eggs and Sugar
In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and granulated sugar until well combined and slightly thickened. - Combine Wet Ingredients
Stir the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Add vanilla extract and mix well. - Add Dry Ingredients
Sift in flour, baking powder, salt, and optional cinnamon. Gently fold until just combined. - Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 22–28 minutes, or until the center is set. - Cool Completely
Allow the brownies to cool fully before cutting to maintain clean edges. - Cut Into Trees
Cut the brownies into long strips and then into triangles to form Christmas tree shapes. - Insert Trunks
Break chocolate biscuit sticks in half and insert one half into the base of each triangle. - Decorate
Mix powdered sugar with water to create icing. Pipe onto each tree, then decorate with sprinkles. - Serve
