- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted.
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon until evenly combined.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Place the Rice Chex cereal in a large bowl and pour the melted butter over it, stirring gently to coat.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the cereal and stir until every piece is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let cool for 10 minutes before serving or storing.
