Description

These golden-brown cinnamon sugar biscuit bites are a quick, budget-friendly treat perfect for breakfast, dessert, or snacking.

  • 1 small roll of canned biscuits (68 biscuits)

  • 2 tbsp white sugar

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, mix white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.

  3. Cut each biscuit into four equal pieces and roll each piece in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

  4. Arrange coated pieces on the baking sheet, leaving space between each bite.

  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

 Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Serve with a drizzle of glaze or a side of chocolate sauce for extra indulgence.
