Description

 Soft, golden rolls filled with creamy vanilla cream cheese and coated in cinnamon sugar. A quick, comforting treat for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  •  8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8 oz)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spread a small spoonful of cream cheese mixture onto each triangle.

  4. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, sealing the edges gently.

  5. Brush rolls with melted butter, then sprinkle with a mix of cinnamon and sugar.

  6. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

For extra indulgence, drizzle with a powdered sugar glaze. Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
