  • 7 ounces cooked lobster meat, chilled and cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lobster filling
    In a medium bowl, combine celery, mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to mix.
  2. Add lobster meat
    Fold in the lobster chunks carefully, ensuring the pieces remain intact. Chill for 10–15 minutes if desired.
