Description
Chewy, fudgy cookies made with brownie mix for the ultimate quick dessert. Perfectly rich and chocolatey with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine brownie mix and flour until well blended.
- Add eggs and oil, stirring until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips or other mix-ins of your choice.
- Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers look slightly soft.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. Freeze baked cookies for up to 3 months or freeze dough balls to bake later. Delicious with a glass of milk or served warm with ice cream.
