Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and slightly thickened.
 - Stir in the powdered sugar until fully combined and lump-free.
 - Gently fold in the Cool Whip with a spatula until light and fluffy.
 - Use immediately to frost cakes, cupcakes, or pies, or refrigerate until ready to use.
 
Notes
