Description

 Crispy, high-protein cottage cheese chips baked or air-fried to perfection. A healthy, low-carb snack that’s customizable and quick to make.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd, full-fat recommended)

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

  3. Spoon small mounds of cottage cheese onto the sheet, flatten slightly.

  4. Sprinkle with salt and optional seasonings.

  5. Bake 25–30 minutes (10–15 minutes in air fryer) until golden brown and crisp.

  6. Let cool 5 minutes before serving to allow chips to fully crisp.

Notes

For extra flavor, add Parmesan cheese or everything bagel seasoning before baking. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days and re-crisp briefly in the oven if needed.
