Description
 Crispy, high-protein cottage cheese chips baked or air-fried to perfection. A healthy, low-carb snack that’s customizable and quick to make.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd, full-fat recommended)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Spoon small mounds of cottage cheese onto the sheet, flatten slightly.
- Sprinkle with salt and optional seasonings.
- Bake 25–30 minutes (10–15 minutes in air fryer) until golden brown and crisp.
- Let cool 5 minutes before serving to allow chips to fully crisp.
Notes
For extra flavor, add Parmesan cheese or everything bagel seasoning before baking. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days and re-crisp briefly in the oven if needed.
