- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1 ¼ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast
- 2 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can white corn, drained
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup shredded pepper Jack cheese, or to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, condensed cream of chicken soup, and chopped green chile peppers. Stir until well blended.
- Add the taco seasoning and chicken breast to the pot. Cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it with a fork. Return the shredded chicken to the pot.
- Stir in the great northern beans and white corn. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the sour cream and shredded pepper Jack cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the chili is creamy.
