  • Author: Sarah White

Description

Festive Cranberry-Feta Puff Pastry Wreaths combine flaky pastry, tangy feta, and cranberry sauce into an elegant, crowd-pleasing appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (17.3-oz.) box frozen puff pastry (2 sheets), thawed
  • 3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly flour your work surface and unfold the thawed puff pastry sheets.
  3. Cut each sheet lengthwise into three equal strips.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce evenly down the center of each strip, leaving a small border on both sides.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled feta generously over the cranberry sauce.
  6. Fold the long edges of each strip over the filling, pinching gently to seal.
  7. Shape each filled strip into a circular wreath and transfer to the baking sheet.
  8. Whisk the egg and brush lightly over the pastry for a golden finish.
  9. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until puffed and deeply golden.
  10. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Keep puff pastry cold for the flakiest texture.

Avoid overfilling to prevent leaks during baking.

These wreaths can be made ahead and reheated briefly before serving.
