  • 1 tsp salt

  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • ½ pound pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • ⅓ cup diced cooked ham
  • 1½ cups pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish lightly with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add flour, salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour Crust: Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish. Spread gently with a spatula for an even layer.
  4. Pre-Bake Crust: Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges start to firm up slightly.
  5. Add Sauce and Toppings: Spread pizza sauce evenly over the partially baked crust. Layer with cooked sausage, pepperoni slices, diced ham, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake Pizza: Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
  7. Cool and Slice: Allow the pizza to cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes on top before baking.

Make-ahead tip: Assemble the pizza (without cheese) and refrigerate for a few hours; add cheese just before baking for freshness.
