- 1½ cups pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish lightly with butter or non-stick spray.
- Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add flour, salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Pour Crust: Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish. Spread gently with a spatula for an even layer.
- Pre-Bake Crust: Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges start to firm up slightly.
- Add Sauce and Toppings: Spread pizza sauce evenly over the partially baked crust. Layer with cooked sausage, pepperoni slices, diced ham, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake Pizza: Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
- Cool and Slice: Allow the pizza to cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
