Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
- Sliced apples, for serving
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and sugars
In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. - Add vanilla and caramel
Mix in the vanilla extract and about 3/4 cup of the caramel sauce. Stir well until fully combined and smooth. - Add sea salt and toffee bits
Gently fold in the flaky sea salt and half of the toffee bits to distribute flavor and texture evenly. - Transfer to serving dish
Spoon the dip into a serving bowl, then drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top. - Garnish and serve
Sprinkle the remaining toffee bits on top for added crunch. Serve immediately with sliced apples or cover and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese at room temperature to ensure a smooth dip.
For a more intense caramel flavor, use homemade caramel sauce or quality store-bought.
Toffee bits add crunch but can be substituted with chopped nuts for a different texture.
Keep refrigerated if not serving immediately to maintain freshness.
