  • Author: Sarah White
  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4–6 servings

Description

A hearty, indulgent pasta combining juicy beef, smoky bacon, melty cheddar, and rich Alfredo sauce for ultimate comfort.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz elbow macaroni (or pasta of choice)

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 6 slices bacon

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: red pepper flakes for spice

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.

  2. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crispy; remove and crumble.

  3. Brown ground beef in the same skillet with olive oil; add garlic and cook until fragrant.

  4. Stir in Alfredo sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes, adding pasta water if needed to thin.

  5. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce, then fold in half of the crumbled bacon.

  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and let melt, stirring gently.

  7. Top with remaining bacon and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat gently with a splash of milk. Pair with a fresh green salad or garlic bread.
