Description
A hearty, indulgent pasta combining juicy beef, smoky bacon, melty cheddar, and rich Alfredo sauce for ultimate comfort.
Ingredients
- 12 oz elbow macaroni (or pasta of choice)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for spice
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet until crispy; remove and crumble.
- Brown ground beef in the same skillet with olive oil; add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in Alfredo sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes, adding pasta water if needed to thin.
- Toss cooked pasta into the sauce, then fold in half of the crumbled bacon.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and let melt, stirring gently.
- Top with remaining bacon and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat gently with a splash of milk. Pair with a fresh green salad or garlic bread.
